Description

The Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission and Southern States Energy Board established the Pipeline Transportation Task Force (PTTF) in April 2009 as part of the Southeast Regional Carbon Sequestration Partnership (SECARB) program. This report provides recommendations from the PTTF’s evaluation of the regulatory status and current level of development of CO₂ pipelines and identifies policies that would encourage rational build-out of a future CO₂ pipeline system in the United States.
